Karachi: A bill was presented in Sindh Assembly from
Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) about the formation of Altaf Hussain University
in Karachi and Hyderabad on Tuesdday. Sindh
Assembly approved the bill of MQM.

Two bills regarding to Altaf Hussain University in Karachi
and Hyderabad were scheduled for discussion on the floor of the Sindh assembly
and were then approved.
Notices for the bills were given by MQM lawmakers Faisal
Sabzwari, Syed Sardar Ahmad, Khwaja Izhar-ul- Hasan, Aamir Moin Pirzada and
others.
The notice of the third bill, pertaining to the Shaheed
Benazir Bhutto University at Shaheed Benazirabad, was given by Pakistan Peoples
Party (PPP) MPA Ghulam Qadir Chandio. The debate for it is under progress.
The assembly session was summoned by Sindh Governor Dr.
Ishrat-ul-Ibad.
