Islamabad: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran
Khan on Friday said that he would follow the orders of the court and go to
jail.
Imran Khan said during addressing to participants of sit-in
that “According to the decision of the anti-terrorism court, I am a dangerous
man. It also declared me a pronounced offender today, which is why I should go
to jail as per the decision of the court”.
He added, it was difficult to
understand the court’s decision to declare PTI leaders proclaimed wrongdoers,
including KPK Chief Minister Pervez Khattak, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Asad
Umar.
He said, “Before leaving D-Chowk, I had announced that PTI
workers would not damage public property at any cost, and my speech is on
record”. He described about two PTI supporters, the one is Adeel and the
other is a resident of D. G. Khan, that both are in Adiala Jail for the last 28
days in case of attacking PTV.
Khan also said about the weak system of the country that
there is weak judicial system in the country and therefore no one issues arrest
warrant for the shady rulers.
Imran Khan appreciated the Zubair Qureshi, a PTI leader’s
challenge to Maryam Nawaz. Zubair Qureshi challenged in court the appointment
of Maryam Nawaz as head of the Prime Minister Youth Loan Scheme
The PTI chief warned the PML-N government to fulfill his
party’s demands by November 30.
